In order to make a purchase with us, you need to provide your full name, address, postcode, email address and phone number. Depending on the payment method chosen you may also need to provide your credit/debit card details. You agree to provide accurate, true and complete details each and every time you register or place an order with us.

Colours of items may vary slighty from those in the photos, which we are not held responsible for. If you would like to check the specifics of an item before ordering then please contact us and Anita Jane will be happy to help.
Availability of Corsets and Delivery
We aim to source all items from our suppliers as quickly as possible for speedy delivery to you, our customer. However, if an item is unavailable for whatever reason we will contact you to discuss expected times we will be receiving materials for your product, and arrange estimated delivery dates to you.
Pricing
The price is worked out in pounds sterling. Prices are exclusive of any postal charges.
Security
All orders placed through the website are fully encrypted for your security and privacy. If you would like to place an order by other methods then please contact us for alternative payment arrangements. Any personal information and order history is protected and secure.
Payment can be made using PayPal and payment is fully secure at all times. If payment cannot be made this way then please contact us so that we can offer alternative payment solutions.
Delivery
All items are made to order and can take up to six weeks to be made. If an item is needed for a certain date or in a hurry then please contact Anita Jane, and we will find out if it is possible to produce the item for the date needed. Delivery of the item may take up to three working days, which is on top of any production times, stated above.
Cancellation, Return and Refund of Orders
As all items are made to order, refunds and exchanges, or cancellations of orders are not permitted for any reason. Due to the nature of the items we sell, and for hygiene reasons, we cannot permit refunds of any kind, and all sales are final. If an order needs amending then contact us at the soonest opportunity. Once items have gone into production, amendments to orders cannot take place for any reason, and refunds will not be given for any items already ordered. Please choose sizes carefully, and if in any doubt then contact us and Anita Jane will be happy to help you choose the correct size. Items are not available on approval. All items are thoroughly checked before they are sent out to you to ensure the quality of the product. However, if for any reason you find a product to be faulty and you return it to us (at the address provided by Anita Jane ) within seven days, we will amend and make good the item at no extra cost to you. Please ensure that the item is returned along with written confirmation of the fault, plus your order number, name and address, contact number and a brief note as to the nature of the return. Please contact us before any return is made.
For international returns, all packages need to be marked as 'returned goods' to prevent custom charges. If a package is not marked as such then Anita Jane will refuse to accept the package. Please note that for customers outside of the UK, your country may impose custom charges, which Anita Jane is not responsible for.
